"We had an unbelievable time at Rekero. The camp is in the most beautiful location — our final lunch came with hippos, elephants, and giraffes all in plain view. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. And the Safari experience was out of this world, even though we were here after the migration had passed. Cannot recommend highly enough

Ol Pejeta Conservancy is home to the world's last two northern white rhinos and hosts East Africa’s largest population of black rhinos and good numbers of southern white rhino. The wildlife found here lives alongside Boran cattle in a pioneering land management system.
The Masai Mara is known for having the densest concentration of wildlife in Africa, thanks in part to the Great Migration. This combined with the open plains of the savanna and mild climate, result in wildlife viewing being excellent year round, even in green season.
Asilia operates four camps in Kenya, in the Masai Mara and surrounding Conservancies and Ol Pejeta. Our camps promise you an exclusive game viewing, unrivalled hospitality and a range of activities for a complete immersion into your safari experience.
The tropical beaches, turquoise waters, and colourful coral reefs that form Kenya’s coast are worlds away from life on safari. Short and relatively cheap internal flights make it easy and inexpensive to extend a safari and enjoy some rest and relaxation on the beach.
Kenya's Masai Mara and Tanzania's Serengeti are contiguous and travel between the two protected areas is straightforward with fly-in itineraries. Flying eliminates the need for long road transfers, meaning you spend more time on safari!
Asilia operates four luxury camps in Kenya, three in the Masai Mara and surrounding conservancies, and one in Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy
The Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a non-profit wildlife conservancy in central Kenya. Originally a cattle ranch in the 1940s, the Sweetwaters Game Reserve was established in 1988 to help protect declining wildlife numbers in Kenya and was later renamed Ol Pejeta in 2003. Since then the Conservancy has become a pioneering example of conservation, combining commercial farming, wildlife, and community conservation.

The Masai Mara and Mara Conservancies
The Masai Mara was first established in 1961 and forms the northernmost section of the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. The name ‘Masai Mara’ is derived from the words ‘Massai’ referring to the Maasai people, the ancestral inhabitants of this region, and ‘Mara’, which means ‘spotted land’ in Maa (the Maasai language), due to the desert date trees dotted across the savannah. The Masai Mara is widely regarded as the best protected area in Kenya with outstanding wildlife viewing all year round.
